• International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping Delays:

  • Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, carrier delays, or international customs processes. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery but appreciate your understanding in case of delays.

• If an item gets lost during delivery, we won't immediately send a replacement. We'll first investigate the matter and then resend it if necessary or when the investigation by our postal office has been completed. However, replacements are only sent at our discretion. Please note that we're not liable for any issues that occur after your order has been successfully delivered. In such instances, kindly contact your local postal office first. • Returns and Exchanges

  At Flying Hawk Herbals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a product or have changed your mind, you can return items within 30 days of purchase. However, please note the following conditions:

  Cosmetics and Toiletries: For hygiene reasons, once opened and used, cosmetics and other toiletries cannot be returned. This also applies to all Health Products, including Oral Care Products, Teas, and Tinctures, which are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be undamaged and in a good, saleable condition.

  • Hair Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  Proof of Return: If you return items by mail, please retain proof of return. Refunds are issued for the purchase price only and do not include shipping costs for delivery or return. If items are lost in transit, we will consider them not returned.

  Gift Returns: If you return a gift, we can issue an exchange or refund in the form of a Flying Hawk Herbals gift card. You will be responsible for postage and handling costs for both the return and any re-delivery.

  Re-shipping Fees: A re-shipping fee will apply if:

  • A package is returned due to being unclaimed.

  • An incorrect address was provided.

  • The wrong item was ordered.

  Refunds: Health Products, including tinctures and teas, are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned unused, unopened, and in good condition. Refunds exclude shipping costs, gift wrapping, and any related fees, such as bank charges or customs fees.
