It can aid in lowering blood pressure, improving metabolism, and supporting the gallbladder, spleen, and stomach.

Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis) soothes and protects the digestive, respiratory, and urinary tracts with its natural mucilage. Nettle acts as a natural diuretic, gently cleansing the kidneys, and provide mild antihistamine support. They help the body eliminate excess uric acid, which can ease symptoms of gout. Interestingly, the plant’s sting can trigger the release of anti-inflammatory compounds, offering temporary relief from chronic inflammation, such as joint pain.

Its leaves contain menthol, which acts as a natural antispasmodic, making it effective for relieving stomach cramps and IBS symptoms.
